Return or Exchanges:
Thank you for your business! If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Items may be returned for any reason. You must contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for returns or exchanges. You must email customer service before shipping your return item. If you wish to exchange your item, all exchanges are processed as returns. Once an item is returned and a refund is processed, please visit eternalchampionapparel.com to place your new order. Only items purchased at eternalchampionapparel.com can be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items not purchased through eternalchampionapparel.com (conferences, expos, trade shows, etc.). Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Eternal Champion Apparel. Please include a detailed note indicating if this is a return or exchange, your order number and contact information to expedite a response.
Return or Exchange NEW Items Only:
All return items must be in new condition. Products that have been washed or show visible signs of use including scuffs, scratches, stains, bends or tears are not eligible for return.We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Featured Pricing / Promotions:
If you are returning an item that was purchased at a featured product price or as part of a promotion, you will be refunded the value of the product after the applied discount. We do not offer price matching in regard to sales (this means that if a customer purchases a product at normal price, then it goes on sale, we are unable to refund the difference in price to the customer).
Clearance or Sale Items:
Clearance and sale items are not returnable unless they are defective. If you consider a product to be defective, please contact us and we will take care of it.
If you have any product that you consider to be defective, please contact us and we will take care of it. However, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. USPS updates orders once they arrive at their processing center, so please check with them for updates once we’ve shipped it using the tracking number you receive via email.
Begin Your Return Process:
Please email customer service at: email@example.com and let us know you want to return/exchange your item(s). Please include your name and order number in this email! We will respond to you promptly to let you know the next steps! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Coupon Code Restrictions:
- Coupon codes do not apply to wholesale accounts.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined. Limit one coupon code per transaction.
- Coupon codes can exclude certain products and brands at Eternal Champion Apparel’s discretion.
- Coupon codes may require a minimum order that does not include taxes, shipping and handling charges or similar charges.
- Coupon codes need to be redeemed during check out.
All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase (this includes defects and mis-packed products). We will not process any returns outside of this time. All items must be in new condition and in original packaging. They must be unworn, unwashed, and do not show visible signs of use including scuffs, scratches, stains, bends or tears.
